The villa approaches the site by engaging with existing three leveled platforms constructed on site by the land owner. A grid system of green spaces and voids connects these platforms within small circulation passages. The leveled terraces put the villa into play of shapes and functions; the lowest is public, the middle is semi-public and the highest is private.
