This project is a unique community center in Lebanon which memorizes both weddings and funerals. This interesting contrast in the building function offers a philosophical approach and representation of death and life. This is clearly expressed through two different design languages; On one hand a joyful expression in the upper level reflected in colors and playful rythm of windows, on the other hand, silence of death is voiced through pale colors and repetitive pure geometric openings.
