The adjacency of buildings and lots in a dense neighborhood has always raised a problematic in the design of a residential building sharing the same entrance and parking areas. The approach to this project stresses on how to create a single flat into a dwelling experience. The building consists of 9 flats 7 of which have independent parking close to its private entrances, and two other flats share one main entrance separated by a bridge. The separation of the building increases terraces for each apartment having two duplexes and different alternatives residential scenarios.
